Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States over $50 USD. Orders under $50 USD ship for a flat rate of $5.99 USD.
For Canadian orders, a flat shipping rate applies to all purchases. Orders over $50 USD ship for $7.99 USD. Orders under $50 USD ship for $12.99 USD.
Order Processing
All products at The Sausage Standard are made to order just for you. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days from the time of purchase. During peak periods such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 4–7 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.
Where We Ship From
The Sausage Standard products are fulfilled by our print partners located within the United States. All US orders ship domestically which means faster delivery times and no customs delays for our American customers. Canadian orders ship from our US print partners.
Canadian Orders - Important Information
Canadian orders ship from our US print partners and may be subject to Canadian customs duties and brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are assessed by the Canadian Border Services Agency and are the responsibility of the customer - they are outside our control and we are not able to predict or guarantee the amount of any duties or fees that may be assessed. We recommend Canadian customers factor potential duties into their purchase decision. Delivery to Canada typically takes 10–20 business days and may be subject to customs delays.
International Shipping
At this time we ship to the United States and Canada only. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows your package has not moved in more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at hello@sausagestandard.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@sausagestandard.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or care of the product.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Sausage Standard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@sausagestandard.com - we will do our best to correct it before the order enters fulfillment but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
